If an item is marked as borrow-able only, the player who wishes to use the item should comment on that item that they intend to borrow it. When they are done using it, they should edit their comment to reflect that they returned it (or, if for some reason they cannot edit their post, to make a new comment stating they returned the item).

If an item has not been returned, and you want to use it, reach out and check with the person who was last posted as borrowing it. They may have forgotten to mark their return of the item, or if they left the guild, voided their borrowing of the item.

IF a item is marked as permanently acquirable, the player who wishes to obtain and keep the item should simply post that they are going to keep the item and make it their own, the original post should be marked as such afterwards and that player should add the item to their character profile. You MAY still borrow the item, as long as it has not been acquired permanently by another player.

---EXAMPLE---
Crura Darkmine borrows the Steelgrasp Waraxe.
EDIT: Crura Darkmine returned the Steelgrasp Waraxe.

RULES TO BE MINDFUL OF
  • Any item crafted by a player, at a crafting event, may be stored in the Armory. This choice must be made at the time the item is created.
  • All items obtained at events, unless otherwise claimed, will go into the Armory. It is up to the event's host to determine their effects, and if they can be borrowed or acquired permanently.
  • Items cannot be upgraded, even if they are borrowed.
  • Once an item is permanently acquired, it is that players property like any of their other traits. It can be upgraded like normal, but it can never be returned to the Armory (the original post should reflect that it was acquired).
